Aloha Light & Design opened in 2004, when President and CEO Gary Campbell built the company on his extensive knowledge and passion for outstanding customer service. Gary moved to the Big Island in 1997 after 16 years of experience in the fast-paced San Francisco Bay Area world of commercial and retail lighting. Being responsible for national accounts like Williams-Sonoma, The Pottery Barn, and Guess Jeans instilled a lifelong dedication to professional, timely service with a straightforward, honest approach. It's a business style that emphasizes the importance of going the extra mile to earn the client's trust and consistently exceed their highest expectations.

Gary and the Aloha Light & Design team operate under the philosophy of the Hawaiian word kina’ole, which essentially means "doing the right thing in the right way at the right time—the first time."
